Warranty policy

Sarah Vankaster Jewlery offers a two year warranty. It covers damage caused by a manufacturing or material defect. Our warranty excludes damage caused by improper use or loss of one or more items.

Exceptions and exclusions of the warranty:

Any damage to jewelry caused by neglect, abuse or natural wear and tear. Damage, such as knocks or bumps, is easily detected with a magnifying glass. For example, if a ring becomes thin or the prongs wear out due to neglect or natural wear, the warranty is considered void. Also, if a ring is no longer round, it may be due to damage to the bottom of the ring when worn.
