Shipping prices varies depending on the country and your delivery preferences.
The price for international shipments varies depending on the country. International orders may be subject to additional customs or import duties depending on the destination country. Customs duties may also cause delays in delivery times. All customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for additional costs and/or delays in delivery. We cannot advise you of the amount of these fees prior to shipping.
Sarah Vankaster Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any damage to the package or loss of the package during shipping.
Exchange and return policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the items within 14 days of receipt of the package.
Please note that we do not cover the costs associated with returns, so they are your responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. They must not be used other than to be tried on and adjusted. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to such a degree as to diminish the value of the product, the customer loses the right to exercise a return.
If your item is defective or damaged, you may exchange it for the same item.
